Wake up call!

Wake up call!

Alright. Prrrrttt!!!! (Imaginary wisel)

You are all SUED!
For not living your life to the fullest. And not doing it right.

It's time to fix that.

No more time to waste okay. We have a lot to do. Duty calls and how much time do you have? Well you've got eternity. And I am not exaggerating. How many things that you have missed out for these few days with just sitting around and doing nothing. (And yes, that includes scrolling down your facebook page)

Come on guys. When was the last time you take a walk in the park. Or enjoy a cup of coffee with your family. Or playing badminton with your friends.

I am not a sporty person myself but seriously, breathing in some fresh air and enjoy the view (not from the computer screen) sounds like a good idea. Don't you think?

The thing is, it is easy to not notice our surroundings when we are looking at our phone for hours. When there is no calls, there will be texting. Then there is social media or youtubing or video gaming.

Even breakfast or lunch or dinner is no longer a fun thing. What? You don't think it's true? Fine.

Now I am asking, how many of you actually eat your lunch without taking a picture of it first and upload it in on "at least" 3 of your social media account? Be honest!

Then, there goes the ting! Ting! Notifications pop up. And you reply to it. This could go on for ages and your food is getting cold. So what's the point? You are not enjoying your food.

You see. Even food is getting popular than people these days. Besides for those in the cook book or magazine but that's a different story. Let the food critics do that okay, you have a life to deal with. I mean seriously, I don't think everybody is that interested in what you're having for lunch. Just look at your food, shove it into your mouth and eat it. Enjoy the taste. And your tummy will be happy. That is the actual purpose of food.

Hey. Think about living to the fullest. 100% committed to your life.

Enjoy it. Not publicized it to the world. No time for that.

It is okay to post a few news feed about your day. A few is enough. The rest, it is up to you.

Open your eyes now. Watch the car pass by or see the clouds up in the sky. Enjoy the smell of the rain (unless there is a tornado, then you should run)

When you buy your groceries, thank the person on the counter or just smile. Striking a conversation is even better. You never knew what is going to happen next. It is better than just having your eyes dried up in front of your mobile screen, right.

When you arrive from work, the best way to make it feel like home is to put your phone away and give your wife a kiss. Hug your children. Cook dinner together.

Same goes to those single peaps! If you live alone, then use your phone for better reason. Like call your old friend that you haven't seen for a while. Invite them to dinner if it is convenient. Call your parents and have a long chat.

Go and watch movies. Try to be outside as much as possible but on good terms. Watch the sunsets. Enjoy the quiet moment without trying to broadcast it online.

And the most important thing. Be HAPPY.

Despite of what you are going through. Breathe in and out. Let it all go. Spend every second of your life unwasted. Your time deserve your attention more than you thought.
